Implementation services

Baird’s CMC usual model is to provide counsel on communications strategy, devise an implementation programme and assessment framework, but not normally undertake the implementation work themselves.

For established clients (generally those who have been working with us for at least a year) we do offer implementation, often in specific countries or regions where the relevant implementation services are either not available or of unreliable quality.
