Gracelle has excellent skills in brand building through trade and consumer media communication strategies. Gracelle is adept at working on both in-country and international issues and projects.

Gracelle has also worked on consumer and leisure brands including Levi Strauss, Lever Pond’s, Visa International, KFC and Motecasino.

Gracelle’s background is in journalism and advertising. She was marketing manager for the South African Broadcasting Corporation before moving on to work with two of leading international advertising agencies, Bozell Worldwide and Grey Global.

Since joining Baird’s CMC, Gracelle has developed the healthcare consumer products and healthcare brand building portfolio as well as contributing to the development and delivery of a wide range of international communications strategies. In 2001 she managed a global vaccine advocacy project and delivered an international conference attracting over 200 Health and Finance ministers from governments around the world.

Gracell is a trustee of the Topsy Foundation, a not for profit organisation that empowers people infected with HIV through medical care, social support and skills development; and she is a member of the Americal Chamber of Commerce HIV/AIDS committee.
