Our process

Baird’s CMC’s process starts at the very beginning – market research. Our work is based on a strong foundation of carefully collated information. Then, we determine whether there is an issue or opportunity, what it is, and how we can best work with it. Over the years, we have also developed a number of in-depth models that enable accurate predictions. Our data-driven insights help make precise, real-world decisions in a world that often presents a bewildering number of choices.

Our impact

Baird’s CMC’s immediate goal is to come up with ways to help our clients make better, more effective decisions. This includes helping clients engage with customers more effectively, moulding the public profiles of organisations, helping clients reach out to the right audiences using the most appropriate methods, and sensitising organisations to robust, research-based strategy planning.

Our long-term goal is to equip clients to become self-sufficient. We provide assistance in managing existing infrastructure or in setting up a project management system that allows internal staff and external vendors to implement the agreed-on programs and strategies. We do not consider it a success if we’ve become indispensable – we’d rather help clients build their own in-house capabilities and seek our services only when required.
