Supervised by ESOMAR members/under code

Baird’s CMC market research projects are conducted under the supervision of associates who are members of ESOMAR, the international market research organisation — ESOMAR
rules require that a named member be personally responsible for each study. The code sets out ethical rules that market researchers have to follow.

We conduct in-depth, semi-structured interviews based on ESOMAR guidelines in which interviewees are encouraged to speak in in detail about issues that matter to them, and you. Names of interviewees and contact details are kept confidential and only shared with the client with the express, written permission of the interviewees.

The ESOMAR code can be found here
