Baird’s CMC has the capabilities to assist in various situations, whether it is releasing the results of a major study, or the lack of a systematic analysis of potential reputational risk in operations, or simply the desire for an external view on a complex issue to help crystallise the issue and plan a way forward.
Our impact: Baird’s CMC has undertaken strategic planning sessions with multiple clients, including PATH, the Shell Foundation and Merck Sharp & Dohme. We ensure the communications and crisis management messaging and implementation structures are well tested and robust. Our associates have undertaken global launches for many of the most famous medical breakthroughs of recent years, including the first successful combination antiretroviral treatment against HIV and the first study to show that a drug to lower cholesterol also reduced deaths from coronary heart disease.
