Mina Volovitch’s communications work covers a wide range of healthcare issues. She enjoys working with global companies to deliver national and international communications programs for both professional and patient audiences, and has developed programs to support awareness and brand integrity for a large number of pharmaceutical products. She has in-depth knowledge and strategic expertise of AIDS, cancer, cardiology, the prevention of infectious disease, immunology and rheumatology. Mina is also a member of the Communications Commission of French Patients’ Cancer Group, Ligue Nationale Contre le Cancer.
As a senior advisor and successful businesswoman, Mina has held senior positions in commercial and public sector organisations – as director of communications for Merck and Co. Inc., at Merieux Institute, and at Sanofi Pasteur. From there, she went on to set up Mynecom, a specialist healthcare communications agency that was bought by Ruder Finn in 1998. As former director of Ruder Finn in Paris, Mina handled accounts for leading global healthcare corporations, advising on strategy and managing crisis communications.
Mina possesses in-depth knowledge of Europe’s changing healthcare policy and commercial environment and develops effective strategies to maximise the opportunities it presents
